Ship with a Pledge UPS Label
Customers are responsible for all inbound and withdrawal shipping costs. For inbound shipments, you can choose to use a prepaid UPS label provided by Pledge for a smoother shipping process. You may withdraw your assets at any time by paying your outstanding balance, and return shipping will be handled through UPS and charged to you.

Pack Your Asset with Care
Collectibles should always be packed securely before shipping to Pledge. Please use proper protection such as bubble wrap, cardboard inserts, padding, and a sturdy shipping box. Items should not move freely inside the package.
For graded slabs, we recommend wrapping each slab individually and placing them in a secure box. For sealed boxes, make sure the item is well protected on all sides to avoid dents, corner damage, or crushing during transit.
Please do not ship collectibles in loose envelopes, thin mailers, or boxes without padding. The better your assets are packed, the better we can protect them throughout the entire Pledge process.

Before and After You Ship
Before shipping your assets to Pledge, please make sure your account information is complete and accurate, including your bank details, Zelle, phone number, and address.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and for ensuring their assets are packed securely before shipment. Pledge is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage caused by the carrier, poor packaging, or incorrect shipping information before the package arrives at our facility.
Once your package is delivered to Pledge, our team will review the shipment, verify the assets, and proceed to payment or adjustments.
