How You Get Paid
Pledge sends your upfront payment after your assets are received, reviewed, and approved. To avoid payout delays, please make sure your bank, Zelle, phone number, and account information are complete and accurate before shipping your assets.
How You Pay Monthly Fees
Customers are responsible for monthly service fees, including storage and processing fees (one-time fee). These fees are shown on your Contract page and billed through monthly invoices and can be paid by credit card or Zelle.
How You Withdraw Your Assets
You may withdraw your assets at any time by paying your outstanding balance. Monthly service fees are paid by credit card through your invoice, while the return of your original prepayment amount is paid through Zelle or bank wire. Once payment is complete, Pledge will begin the withdrawal and return shipping process.
