Sell your Pokémon cards for cash, or don't
You came here looking to sell. Here is the option nobody else on this page of results will give you: get cash for your Pokémon cards without giving them up.
PledgeApp pays you a cash prepayment of 50 to 60% of market value on PSA-graded slabs and 50 to 68% on sealed product, usually within 72 hours of your cards arriving. Your collection stays yours. When the term ends, you choose: pay back and get everything shipped home, extend, or settle and walk away with the cash.
Selling is final. This is not.
What qualifies
- 1PSA-graded slabs.Any Pokémon card in a PSA holder. We do not accept raw or ungraded cards, and we do not currently accept other grading companies' slabs.
- 2Sealed product.Booster Boxes, ETBs, UPCs, and case quantities of factory-sealed Pokémon product.
- 3$500 minimum.Your submission needs a combined value of $500. Bundle multiple slabs or boxes to get there.
If you are holding raw cards, the fastest path is grading them with PSA first. How grading affects value.
The numbers, up front
| Prepayment on PSA slabs | 50 to 60% of market value |
|---|---|
| Prepayment on sealed product | 50 to 68% of market value |
| Storage fees | 1 to 1.5% per asset per month |
| Processing fee | $2 to $100, one time |
| Commission | 5 to 7%, only if you sell through Pledge |
| Terms | 60, 90, or 120 days, plus a 28-day grace period |
| Minimum submission | $500 combined value (prepayment above $250) |
Example of the math: a PSA 10 slab with a market value of $5,000 qualifies for a prepayment between $2,500 and $3,000. Your payment obligations never change during the term, whatever the market does.
How it works
- 1
Submit your cards online. Tell us what you have. PSA cert numbers make this fast.
- 2
Ship insured. Send your cards via UPS. Full details in our shipping guide. Liability transfers to Pledge the moment your assets begin authentication.
- 3
Authentication within 48 hours. Every card is verified after arrival.
- 4
Cash within 24 hours after that. Your prepayment is released. Most customers go from mailbox to money in about 72 hours.
At the end of your term, you have three options, and the choice is always yours:
- Withdraw. Pay back the prepayment and outstanding fees. We ship everything back.
- Extend. Pay a small fee and add 45 days.
- Settle. Keep the prepayment. Pledge keeps the unsold assets, and any profit from assets that sold above your prepayment is sent to you.

Most people on this results page will buy your cards. That works if you are done with them. If you are raising cash for a bill, a grail, or a reload into new positions, financing gets you the money and keeps your position.
A real example: in June we valued a customer's PSA Goldstar Celebi at $810 and released a $1,400 total prepayment across his submission. Sixty days later he paid back $1,453 and took everything home. By August that Celebi's PSA estimate had climbed to $1,382. He got his cash and kept the upside.
Your cards are safer than they sound
- Vaulted and insured. Your assets are stored in a professional vault and are insured while in Pledge's custody.
- You keep ownership. Legally, you are the consignor. The cards remain yours through the whole term.
- No surprises. Every number above appears in your Prepaid Consignment Agreement before you ship anything. Your obligations are fixed on day one.
Frequently asked questions
How much do Pokémon cards sell for?⌄
Market value depends on the card, grade, and set. A useful rule: the price you see displayed on tracking apps is usually higher than what a buyer actually pays. Local card shops typically pay 70 to 80% of displayed value and convention buyers 80 to 90%. PledgeApp's prepayment of 50 to 60% is calculated against market value, and unlike a sale, the cards are still yours. To estimate a specific card, see our Pokémon card value guide.
Can I do this near me, in person?⌄
PledgeApp works by insured mail nationwide, which is how we serve every state with the same 72-hour turnaround. Shipping is covered in the shipping guide, and liability transfers to us when authentication begins. No drive to a card shop, no across-the-counter lowball.
How fast do I get paid?⌄
Authentication completes within 48 hours of your cards arriving, and your prepayment is released within 24 hours after that.
Do you take raw cards?⌄
Not currently. PSA-graded slabs and factory-sealed product only.
What are my options at the end of my term?⌄
Three, and the choice is always yours: withdraw, extend, or settle. There is a 28-day grace period after your term ends, and you can extend by 45 days for a small fee. If you choose to settle instead, you keep the prepayment, Pledge keeps the unsold assets, and any sale profits above your obligation are returned to you. Your payment obligations never change mid-term.
Is PledgeApp a pawn shop?⌄
No. This is financing built on a prepaid consignment structure: you consign your assets, you get paid up front, you keep ownership, and you choose how it ends.
