PledgeApp is a platform that lets you unlock cash from your collectibles without selling them. We vault your items, give you money upfront, and can even handle resale while you retain ownership. Resale is completely optional and turned off by default. Submit your items, get an offer, sign the agreement, ship your collectibles to our secure vault, and receive your cash within 24 hours.

Yes! Each asset is tagged and tied to its owner. Moreover, if you need help with resale, you can set your Desired Payout Amount per asset/item and we can help you sell it over the course of your term.

No, you do not have to sell your assets. Pledge gives you the option to unlock upfront liquidity while retaining ownership of your assets. Selling is optional. You can choose to withdraw your eligible unsold assets once your prepayment and any outstanding fees are repaid.

Our proprietary underwriting algorithm checks recent sales data and up to 6 months of sales history to determine your asset's valuation. Items with high liquidity and consistent sale prices receive higher valuations. From there, the system assigns an LTV ratio - the percentage of your asset's valuation we advance as a prepayment. Stronger sales volume and price stability qualify you for higher LTV ratios, meaning more capital upfront.

Fees are specific to your assets and will be clearly outlined in your offer before you commit. As a general guide, storage and processing fees typically range from $1 to $50 per item. Processing fees are one-time charges that cover QC, authentication, and intake work. Storage fees are billed monthly, but if your item sells within the first month, storage is $0.

If your item sells, Pledge charges a 4% to 10% commission, depending on the asset type. However, you will never receive less than your Desired Payout Amount.

Your Settlement Report is a closing summary sent near the end of your contract term, typically 5 days before your Term End Date.

The report helps you clearly understand where your account stands by showing your total sales credits, outstanding fees, and remaining balance compared against your original prepayment. This gives you the information you need to decide your closing action, whether that means withdrawing your items, extending your contract, or settling.

No. Pledge never owns your assets. Your items are consigned to us and we issue a prepayment against them. We have no right to trigger a margin call, force a sale, or liquidate your inventory without your permission - even if market prices drop. We back our underwriting model with the same conviction you have in your assets.

No. At the end of your term, you still control the next step. During the 28-day post-term window, you can withdraw unsold items by returning the prepayment and paying outstanding fees, extend for another 45 days, or settle - keeping the full prepayment while receiving any profits from sold inventory. If no action is taken and amounts remain unpaid after that window, unsold items are forfeited to Pledge under the contract terms.
